Apollo Annual General Meeting AND SOCIAL EVENT

The Executive Board is excited to share and propose some major changes to Apollo which will enhance our ability to serve and lead our community into our next 30 years!
A number of executive positions are up for election – President, Vice President, Communications Director and a potential new position of Sports Liaison. If you are interested in running for one of the positions or have any questions, please contact the Secretary.
Please consider nominating a deserving Apollo member for the Jordan Rutherford Award or the Volunteer of the Year Award, which will be presented at the AGM. The deadline for submissions is June 14 and nominations can be e-mailed to the Apollo Secretary.
Hors d’oeuvres, beer and wine ($2 drink tickets available after the first complimentary drink) will be served beginning at 6:30 pm with the AGM being called to order at 7:00 pm. The expiry date of all 2012/2013 memberships has been extended to July 30, so all current Apollo members may vote at the AGM.
